Report: List of titles with few floating copies

Provides a list of titles with few floating copies. The maximum number of floating copies for the title is specified in the search criteria.

The following items are not included:

• Items that are excluded from IMMS

Parameters

• Title ID (optional)
• Maximum number of floating copies
• Float group (optional, selected from list)
• LMS department (optional, selected from list)
• Location (optional, selected from list)
• Sub-location (optional, selected from list)
• Item collection (optional, selected from list)
• Item type (optional, selected from list)
• Classification (optional, range)
• Acquisition date (optional, time range)
• Current strategy (optional, selected from list)

Output

• A row for each title that meets the specified criteria

Columns

• Title ID
• Title
• Author
• Number of floating copies (total number of items either home or on loan, with float code)
• Total number of copies (overall number of items either home or on loan, both with a fixed relationship and a float code)
